LBFF & Texas


	October 22 & October 28, 2005: Latino Book Festival & Texas Book Festival

I finished off a busy month with two weekends of travel. The first was down to Pomona, where I attended the Latino Book Festival as a guest panelist.

The second was to Austin, where I stopped by the Texas Book Festival to hand out some Desert Blood 10pm/9c promotional materials and meet with other authors.

Cisco and I spent a couple of days in San Antonio, hanging out with old friends and making many new ones!

This year’s Latino Book Festival was held in Pomona, California.	Sitting on a panel with authors Rene Colato, San Wei Chan, Monica Brown, and Abraham Urias.	Author Ramona Winner was the moderator.	Desert Blood 10pm/9c was displayed on the Barnes & Noble table!	A look at the festival booths.
